Cancellation Policy
At Produce UI, we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your subscription to our Figma component library. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your subscription. Please review our cancellation policy below:
- Cancellation by the Customer: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but please note that we do not offer refunds for any unused portion of the subscription term. Your cancellation will become effective at the end of the current subscription term.
- Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription term, and you will be charged on a recurring basis according to the subscription plan you have selected. To avoid being charged for the next subscription term, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
- Failure to Cancel: If you do not cancel your subscription before the renewal date, we will assume that you wish to renew your subscription and you will be charged for the next subscription term. We are not responsible for any charges incurred due to your failure to cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
- Cancellation by Produce UI: In rare cases, we may cancel your subscription for any reason, including but not limited to violation of the terms of service. If we cancel your subscription, you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of the subscription term.
We understand that cancelling your subscription may be inconvenient, but we hope that you understand our need to maintain a fair and consistent cancellation policy for all of our customers.
